• Is there returns or exchanges? Exchanges are determined on a per order basis. We know mistakes do happen and we will always try to fix the situation. We also offer size charts on all products to eliminate size issues.
• What if my item is lost in mail? Sadly we can not be held responsible for shipping to the wrong address provided by the customer or the US post office losing your package once delivered. such as left at customers door.
